All bookings must be confirmed with accurate personal information.
A booking is considered valid only after payment and confirmation receipt.
Any discrepancies should be reported within 24 hours of booking.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
Full payment may be required at the time of booking for certain packages.
EMI or installment options (if applicable) must be cleared by the due dates to avoid cancellations.
Cancellations requested 90 days before travel: 80% refund.
Cancellations requested from 60 days of travel: 50% refund.
Cancellations requested within 2 months: No refund or basis hotel policy.
Airline, Flight, hotel, or visa-related refunds are subject to third-party policies.
Please note: Cancellations and refunds are very subjective and depend on file to file. No standard terms, as some bookings are completely refundable, and some are completely non-refundable. Kindly request details before confirmation. No request for a refund shall be entertained after booking based on misinformation or miscommunication.
Passengers must carry valid passports, visas, ID cards, or other documents.
Victoria Travels is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to document issues.
We act as an agent for various travel partners and are not liable for service disruptions, delays, or losses caused by third parties.
We are not responsible for natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations, or other force majeure situations.
Travellers must meet the health and vaccination requirements of their destination.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of travel advisories and COVID-19 policies.
All website content (text, images, branding) is the property of Victoria Travels.
You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kolkata courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
